Questions

What can the AI operator change without asking?

By default it can restart services, clear caches, renew certificates, block abusive traffic, apply security patches, and switch off a plugin that's crashing your site. Anything that deletes data, reboots the server or raises your bill waits for your approval. You can make it stricter, down to watch-only.

Can the AI break my site?

It backs up your site before every change and checks the site after. If a change breaks something, it rolls back and tells you what happened. It can only use a fixed list of safe actions, and every action is logged.

Do I still get SFTP and a database admin?

Yes. Every plan has SFTP, a file manager, phpMyAdmin and WP-CLI. Qubit adds full SSH, cron and Git deploys. The operator works alongside you and never locks you out.

Can I talk to a human?

Yes. Every plan includes human support by ticket, and the operator escalates to an engineer whenever an issue needs one. Qubit plans get a response within 4 business hours.

Where is my data stored?

Your sites run in Virginia, with backup copies in a separate data center. Your site content is never used to train AI models.

What if it's not for me?
